I felt really taken care of. Also, the craftmanship of jewelry is unbeatable. I asked them to tweak a design already had for me, which took basically NO time at all and the ring is BEAUTIFUL!! Shipping was very fast and ring was wrapped appropriately to keep it safe. Shygems is amazing. I can't say enough good things about them.
