Every new ShyGems ring is handmade to order in our Houston studio — and every new order is covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Who is covered

The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to orders placed from the launch of this policy. Orders placed before the launch keep the warranty terms that applied on their purchase date.

What is covered

We cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the piece, including:

• Faulty prongs or settings
• Defects in the band
• Stones that become loose because of a fault in the setting

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the piece free of charge. Repair or replacement is at ShyGems' discretion, based on inspection of the piece.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, including scratches and surface marks
• Bent or damaged bands
• Loss or theft
• Accidental damage to stones
• Work, repairs or alterations performed by other jewelers

How to claim

Email us at info@shygems.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will ask you to return the piece to us for inspection. If the inspection confirms a covered manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the piece under this warranty.
