If I could give this shop a billion stars, I would. First of all, let me say that the customer service is AMAZING. I mean, a wedding ring is a major decision - I asked Shygems so many questions (we went back and forth about 20 times), and they were always so patient and honest, without being forceful in opinion. I felt really taken care of. Also, the craftmanship of jewelry is unbeatable. I asked them to tweak a design already had for me, which took basically NO time at all and the ring is BEAUTIFUL!! Shipping was very fast and ring was wrapped appropriately to keep it safe. Shygems is amazing. I can't say enough good things about them. I would trust them with another jewelry purchase in a heartbeat.
