No Questions Asked 30 Days Full Refund Policy



At Shygems, we offer NO QUESTIONS ASKED30 DAYS FULL REFUND POLICY. The 30 days begins from the day the order is delivered to you (not from the day the order is placed). Once you receive the order and if you are not happy with it, for any reason, please just contact our friendly customer service team via email with your order number and just let us know that you want to return the order back.

We will get in touch with you very shortly with Return Authorization Number and that is it. Please ship the order back to us and we will process your full refund within 2 business days, of us receiving the order back. All orders are processed within 2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

FAQ's

How is the money refunded?

The original method of payment is used to reimburse the funds. As a result, if you paid with a credit card, the money will be returned to that card; however, if you purchased with PayPal, the money will be returned to you via PayPal. Please be aware that we are unable to alter the method of refund. It will basically be reversed and returned to you in the same form that the order's payment was made.

How long it takes to get the money back?

Once the refund is processed back to you, we will send you an email confirmation for the same. Please note that for credit card transactions it will take between 2 to 4 business days for the money to be back in your account. For PayPal transactions, the refund will be instant.


How can I ship the item back to you?

You can return the order to us using USPS (postal service), UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier that works for you. However, we do recommend that you get a tracking number for the return shipment back to us (for safety reasons). Once the package is delivered back to us, we will update you, and we will process a full refund back to you within 2 business days.
