I loved this ring.

I loved this ring. It's beautiful! I got it two months ago and it was just as beautiful as pictured. However, I noticed instantly the aquamarine seemed a little loose. It wiggled a bit when I touched it but I thought maybe this was normal due to the high setting. Today I looked down and the stone was gone! I cannot find it anywhere :( Besides receiving a loose stone, the ring itself was very pretty and fit well. I ordered a .25 size lower than my ring size after reading reviews that sizing ran large, and mine fit great. The aquamarine does cloud easy but dishsoap and a brush fixes that easily! It shipped quicker than expected. The band and halo are well made and very pretty. I messaged the Shygems about the missing stone and they had this fixed very fast. I can understand that the rings are handmade, and nothing can be perfect. I am very happy about the customer service. No complains

Great communication and fast shipping! Mine came in about 2-3 weeks8days although they said 5 days. Just for reference my finger is a size 4.75 and I also requested a deep blue aquamarine. It looks gorgeous and I was so impressed at the quality. I was definitely skeptical about ordering online since i have never heard about Shygems, but all my questions and concerns were addressed right away. I'm so in love with it and I can't stop staring at it. Thank you so much!
